The MCA Committee comprises voluntary representatives who work on behalf of its members to fulfil the aims and goals of the Association. Community membership is integral to the success of the MCA.

The Manning Community Association (MCA) was established in May 2009 and is a voluntary not-for-profit organisation incorporated through State Government.
Our main goal is centred on everyone having a safe and enjoyable suburb to live, work and play.
The MCA partners with regulatory bodies such as the South Perth Council, local members of parliament, the Department of Housing and the Police in the advancement of infrastructure, security and safety, community networking and housing planning.
